Initiate Your Request
Log into your Flashback account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
